New Photoshop Logo Reminds Me of Silverlight

You be the judge:

Not exactly the same, but�its virtually the same font and exactly the same colors. Wouldn't normally be a big problem if it weren't that Silverlight is perhaps the closest thing Adobe has had to competition for the RIA space to come along to date. Also worthy of noting, the Silverlight logo is perhaps the most stylish logo / product name that Microsoft has come up with in a long while... but I think Adobe can do a lot better.

In reality, most people building things in Silverlight will be using Photoshop anyway

This is true.. these two products do not compete at all. But Adobe and Microsoft are going head to head on RIA... and Adobe is MUCH more creative than this logo.
