Design Free Photoshop Web 2.0 Gradients
Was looking for some nice gradients to load into Photoshop and stumbled across Deziner Folio, which has some excellent free gradients (along with some other nice samples and psd's that are free to download).

I, too, found Deziner's gradients and styles to be some of the best on the internet. In my searches I came a across another free download of Layer Styles that I thought were as good as Deziner's. If interested, check them out here:
